Schoolhouse Square Wins 2010 Excellence in Housing Award
The State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) awarded JKR Partners in partnership with TRF Development’s Schoolhouse Square Project an award for 2010 Excellence in Best Neighborhood Revitalization - Homeownership. The new development of 58 cottage style homes involved a $16 million investment, which has helped stimulate growth in Neptune Township’s Midtown neighborhood while enhancing the affordable housing supply. These 2 ½ story modular homes feature large living areas with expansive front porches. The project site was designed to respect the surrounding neighborhood fabric in the beachside community.
