777 Tour
JKR’s Project Manager Richard Steward guided a team (Matt Koenig, Lauren Ulmer, Greg Cauterucci, Lauren Eckberg, Julie Forejt and Zachary Gulick) on a walking tour of the under construction 777 South Broad. This project is set to become the city’s first LEED certified multifamily mixed-use building. The 146 luxury loft apartments are scheduled to open in February 2010.
