JKR transformed the suburban Olive Garden restaurant model into a new urban prototype. The design featured standard Olive Garden motifs by reconfiguring the elements within the unusual building footprint. Curved soffits flow throughout the interior, connecting the dining rooms and evoking an intimate yet open ambiance. Suburban canvas awnings were traded for a custom designed tectonic steel trellised canopy which provides a distinctive and appropriate entrance for the restaurant's Center City location.
