JKR Partners designed Philadelphia’s first LEED-registered mixed-use building on the prominent Avenue of the Arts. This neighborhood oriented development (NOD) will transform the vacant parcel into a new 5-story structure with 146 luxury loft-style apartments, 18,000 sq. feet of street level retail space and a 146 space parking court. Green friendly practices will be integrated into the building’s design, construction and operation. This $70-million project that combines dramatic architecture of contemporary residential and upscale retail is expected to be completed by the spring of 2010.
