Ardmore Station is a $150 Million transit-oriented development (TOD) revitalizing the Ardmore Transit Center and Business District in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. JKR Partners’ design goal will be to create a vibrant and walkable village with sufficient critical mass to attract new residents, businesses and customers. Initial plans call for 335 residences; 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space; 12,000 square feet of office space; and approximately 650 public spaces and 500 private parking spaces.
